Our 30,000 square foot secure, monitored and climate-controlled fine arts facility can easily accommodate short or long-term storage and houses private vault space as well as shared storage to meet the needs of museum, corporate or private clients. Our 100% verified volumetric security system is equipped with integrated sensor monitoring, interior motion, audio intrusion, smoke and temperature detection, telephone and radio backup to safeguard inventory at our facility, guarantees clients’ valuables remain safe from the moment they enter our warehouse.
Loading of clients’ artwork into our facility is achieved from our ground level and raised dock access which allows Artpack professionals to accommodate entry of multiple items in a safe and secure manner. Additionally our 10 ton interior ceiling-mounted crane runs the full depth of our facility allowing us to safely handle even the largest of objects while in storage.
Once our clients’ pieces are received, our registrar creates a condition report and inventory file that can be expanded into a collections management program.
Throughout the storage process, a 2,500 square foot viewing area is made available for the convenience of our clients and open to appraisal services, estate planning, photo documentation and sales for private dealers. Insurance coverage is available for inventory while on site.

Our emergency response team is only a phone call away to assist with the removal of artwork and inventory at risk and to minimize damage or loss. We work closely with recovery agents and insurance companies to remove valuables, assess and record damage and present solutions for pieces compromised by sudden climatic or environmental changes such as water, smoke, fire and mold.
